By accessing or using Coffee House Platform ("the Service"), including our website, mobile applications, and related services, you agree to be bound by these Terms of Service. If you do not agree to these terms, do not use the Service.
Coffee House Platform provides a mobile ordering and business management ecosystem for independent coffee shops. The Service includes the Owner App, Customer App, Kiosk App, Delivery App, Sales App, and web dashboard.
To use certain features, you must create an account. You are responsible for maintaining the confidentiality of your account credentials and for all activities under your account. You must provide accurate and complete information during registration.
Shop owners who subscribe to Coffee House Platform are billed $29.99 per month after an initial 14-day free trial. Subscriptions are managed through the Owner App. You may cancel your subscription at any time without penalty. Refunds are not provided for partial billing periods.
Payment processing is provided by Stripe. By using payment features, you also agree to Stripe's terms of service. Coffee House Platform does not store credit card information. Standard Stripe processing fees apply to all transactions.
You agree not to misuse the Service, including but not limited to: creating fraudulent accounts, interfering with the Service's operation, violating applicable laws, or infringing on the rights of others.
All content, trademarks, and intellectual property associated with Coffee House Platform are owned by Floating Axe Head Ministries. You may not copy, modify, or distribute our content without prior written consent.
Coffee House Platform is provided "as is" without warranties of any kind. We are not liable for any indirect, incidental, or consequential damages arising from your use of the Service. Our total liability shall not exceed the amount you paid for the Service in the preceding 12 months.
We reserve the right to suspend or terminate your account at any time for violation of these terms. You may terminate your account at any time by canceling your subscription and contacting support.
We may update these Terms of Service from time to time. Continued use of the Service after changes constitutes acceptance of the updated terms. We will notify users of material changes via email or in-app notification.
